Brief Bio
I'm a digital leader with 13+ years of experience at the forefront of digital, data and technology (DDaT) transformation, most recently as Head of Delivery and part of the Senior Management teams at the NHS Business Services Authority. In that role I led, and was accountable for, the delivery of the entire portfolio of critical DDaT national health services services used by millions of users across the UK, worked at an organisation level to support strategy development and growth, and coached senior leaders to drive meaningful sustainable improvement.
I'm passionate about equity and community. I volunteer as a career coach at SmartWorks where I help women rebuild confidence and secure meaningful work and have just finished my fixed term on Newcastle United Football Club's Advisory Board to support their diversity and inclusion aims.
As an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach, I'm committed to professional standards and ongoing development.
