I work with leaders who want to step out of autopilot and strengthen their impact and effectiveness. I help them to lead authentically, think more strategically and thrive in their roles. My coaching blends deep reflection with practical action, helping clients navigate complex challenges and create meaningful, sustainable outcomes and results for themselves, their teams and their organisations. My delivery leadership background shapes my coaching style: I care deeply about you seeing real results, real movement and real change.

You've got the experience, now craft the story. I help candidates align their career narrative with the role, rehearse it aloud, and walk into the interview more confident and clear - not having your first attempt at articulation in the panel room when the stakes are high. In my experience as an interviewer for Executive and Leadership roles, I've seen how many experienced candidates struggle to articulate their strengths, align their experience with the angles being probed, and engage the panel.

In our coaching session we will:

  • Explore the role and hiring context: what is really being looked for, how your experiences map to it, and where there might be gaps or opportunities to further prepare for.
  • Create space to articulate your narrative, practice delivery of that and refine it until it is relevant, clear and confident.
  • Receive objective feedback from an experienced coach (and interviewer/successful candidate for senior positions), to help you understand how you come across, adjust as needed, and feel fully prepared for the interview.

How would we work together?

I ask that clients send me any information that they have about the role and the interview in advance so I can best prepare.

This is then a 2-hour coaching session, at a fixed charge of £295 (+VAT).
